Quality control & handling
Selected non‑GMO rapeseed varieties (low erucic acid) are cleaned, dehulled, and pressed/extracted under controlled conditions. Crude oil is degummed (water/citric acid) with controlled moisture and phosphorus for process stability; refined batches are neutralized, bleached, and deodorized for clean taste. Lots are tested (FFA, peroxide value, moisture/impurities) and released with COA and traceability. Third‑party inspection can be arranged. Halal/Kosher can be arranged on eligible lots.
