Versatile. Reliable. On‑spec—every time. Polyethylene touches nearly every industry, from food packaging that protects freshness to pipes and geomembranes that outlast harsh weather. As a global polyethylene exporter and bulk supplier, Zenith Eclipse Co provides a broad portfolio of HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE resins supported by audit‑ready QA, clear documentation, and logistics that arrive when your line needs them.
Polyethylene is lightweight, tough, and moisture‑resistant, with strong chemical resistance and excellent processability. That combination makes it the go‑to polymer for film, bottles, closures, pipe, wire & cable jacketing, caps, crates, housewares, and thousands of engineered parts. When the application demands dependable properties at scale, PE delivers—cost‑effectively.
We offer prime, on‑spec pellets across three main families—each tailored to the job:
Rigid and high‑strength with excellent environmental stress‑crack resistance (ESCR). Ideal for blow‑molded bottles & jerrycans, caps/closures, pressure pipe (PE100/PE80), sheets, drums, crates, geomembranes and more. Typical density ≥0.941 g/cm³ with MFI windows tuned to blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or pipe.
Flexible and easily processed with good clarity and sealability. Preferred for thin films, bags, liners, shrink wrap, squeeze bottles, foams and extrusion‑coating. Typical density 0.910–0.930 g/cm³; film grades balance optics, seal, and drawdown.
Engineered for stretch and puncture resistance in blown and cast films. Common in pallet stretch wrap, industrial/agri films, silage wrap, rotomolding blends. Available with butene/hexene/octene comonomers to tune toughness and dart impact.
Additives & options: UV‑stabilized, anti‑block/slip, anti‑fog, antistatic, nucleated, bimodal pipe grades (PE100), film‑clarity packages, and masterbatch pairings.
For packaging, LDPE and LLDPE films deliver seal integrity and flexibility, while HDPE provides stiffness and top‑load for bottles and closures. From milk jugs and detergent bottles to stretch film and barrier laminates, our portfolio covers blown film, cast film, injection, blow molding, sheet & extrusion‑coating. Consistent melt flow and tight gel control help your lines run faster with fewer defects—protecting yield, clarity, and seal performance.
Builders and utilities rely on HDPE for pressure pipe (water, gas), conduit, geomembranes, vapor barriers, sheets, and boards. Its resistance to corrosion and chemicals, plus impact strength across temperatures, reduces maintenance and extends service life. Pipe grades (PE100/PE80) feature high slow‑crack growth resistance and controlled molecular architecture for long‑term performance.
Manufacturers buy PE as a base resin and convert it via extrusion, injection, blow molding, thermoforming, and rotational molding. We align melt index (MFI) and density to your tooling and cycle time, helping you hit mechanicals, optics, and regulatory targets without constant reformulation. A dependable supply plan means fewer changeovers and more predictable production.
Tell us your application, target MFI/density, additive package, packaging (25 kg bags or FIBC), destination port, and Incoterms. We’ll reply with availability, lane‑specific ETAs, and a competitive FOB/CFR/CIF/DAP offer—plus samples or data where needed.
