HDPE, LDPE & LLDPE Polyethylene — Bulk Supplier for Industry & Packaging | Zenith Eclipse Co

Versatile. Reliable. On‑spec—every time. Polyethylene touches nearly every industry, from food packaging that protects freshness to pipes and geomembranes that outlast harsh weather. As a global polyethylene exporter and bulk supplier, Zenith Eclipse Co provides a broad portfolio of HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE resins supported by audit‑ready QA, clear documentation, and logistics that arrive when your line needs them.

Polyethylene

Why polyethylene is the workhorse

Polyethylene is lightweight, tough, and moisture‑resistant, with strong chemical resistance and excellent processability. That combination makes it the go‑to polymer for film, bottles, closures, pipe, wire & cable jacketing, caps, crates, housewares, and thousands of engineered parts. When the application demands dependable properties at scale, PE delivers—cost‑effectively.

What we supply

We offer prime, on‑spec pellets across three main families—each tailored to the job:

HDPE (High‑Density Polyethylene)

Rigid and high‑strength with excellent environmental stress‑crack resistance (ESCR). Ideal for blow‑molded bottles & jerrycans, caps/closures, pressure pipe (PE100/PE80), sheets, drums, crates, geomembranes and more. Typical density ≥0.941 g/cm³ with MFI windows tuned to blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or pipe.

LDPE (Low‑Density Polyethylene)

Flexible and easily processed with good clarity and sealability. Preferred for thin films, bags, liners, shrink wrap, squeeze bottles, foams and extrusion‑coating. Typical density 0.910–0.930 g/cm³; film grades balance optics, seal, and drawdown.

LLDPE (Linear Low‑Density Polyethylene)

Engineered for stretch and puncture resistance in blown and cast films. Common in pallet stretch wrap, industrial/agri films, silage wrap, rotomolding blends. Available with butene/hexene/octene comonomers to tune toughness and dart impact.

Applications we support: food & consumer packaging, industrial films and liners, blow‑molded containers, pipe & conduit, wire & cable jacketing, rotomolded tanks, injection‑molded parts, sheets & geomembranes.

Packaging & logistics built for uptime

  • Packaging: 25 kg valve bags (palletized & stretch‑wrapped), 1,000–1,350 kg FIBC/jumbo sacks, or bulk truck/rail where available.
  • Documentation: COA per lot, batch & pallet IDs, packing list, certificate of origin, and food‑contact declarations for eligible grades (e.g., FDA/EU) on request.
  • Incoterms: FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP with lane‑specific ETAs.

Additives & options: UV‑stabilized, anti‑block/slip, anti‑fog, antistatic, nucleated, bimodal pipe grades (PE100), film‑clarity packages, and masterbatch pairings.

Polyethylene in the packaging industry

For packaging, LDPE and LLDPE films deliver seal integrity and flexibility, while HDPE provides stiffness and top‑load for bottles and closures. From milk jugs and detergent bottles to stretch film and barrier laminates, our portfolio covers blown film, cast film, injection, blow molding, sheet & extrusion‑coating. Consistent melt flow and tight gel control help your lines run faster with fewer defects—protecting yield, clarity, and seal performance.

Polyethylene for construction & infrastructure

Builders and utilities rely on HDPE for pressure pipe (water, gas), conduit, geomembranes, vapor barriers, sheets, and boards. Its resistance to corrosion and chemicals, plus impact strength across temperatures, reduces maintenance and extends service life. Pipe grades (PE100/PE80) feature high slow‑crack growth resistance and controlled molecular architecture for long‑term performance.

Polyethylene for manufacturing

Manufacturers buy PE as a base resin and convert it via extrusion, injection, blow molding, thermoforming, and rotational molding. We align melt index (MFI) and density to your tooling and cycle time, helping you hit mechanicals, optics, and regulatory targets without constant reformulation. A dependable supply plan means fewer changeovers and more predictable production.

Quality assurance you can prove

  • Lot traceability: Each pallet carries batch IDs linked to resin analysis.
  • COA & consistency: Melt flow, density, ash, moisture, gels/contamination per spec.
  • Regulatory support: On eligible grades, we provide food‑contact declarations (e.g., FDA/EU 10/2011), migration data summaries, and change‑control notifications—so your customer approvals stay valid.
  • Sustainability options: On request, we can quote PCR/PIR content, mass‑balance or bio‑based PE programs where regionally available.

Why partner with Zenith Eclipse Co

  • Breadth of grades: From film‑clarity LDPE and octene‑LLDPE to bimodal HDPE blow‑molding and PE100 pipe.
  • Global availability: Multi‑origin sourcing reduces lead times and stabilizes pricing.
  • Technical support: Resin selection, processing guidance, and additive pairing to meet performance & regulatory needs.
  • Straightforward service: Transparent quotes, proactive updates, and reliable scheduling that keeps your lines running.
