Zenith Assist is optional. Text messages are sent through our protected server endpoint to an AI technology provider to generate a response, with provider-side response storage disabled in our API request. When you start a voice session, microphone audio and generated transcripts are processed by a specialist voice technology provider to operate the live conversation. Text chat messages and generated replies are delivered to Zenith Eclipse through our secure server email service. Voice conversation transcripts are also securely emailed to Zenith Eclipse when a call ends. The website may retain a delivery record for up to 30 days, while transcript message content is removed from that record after processing when technically possible; the received email may be retained under our normal business-record policy. Technology providers may process and retain data according to our configuration and their applicable terms. Do not share passwords, payment details, banking credentials, identity documents or unnecessary confidential information with the assistant.
11. Cookies, analytics and external links
The website may use necessary, performance or analytics technologies to operate securely and understand use. External websites and embedded services have their own policies, and Zenith Eclipse is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
