Voice Concierge is optional. Calls are recorded and transcribed after you accept the recording notice. A specialist voice technology provider processes the call and keeps the recording for 30 days. After the call, the text transcript is emailed to you and the Zenith Eclipse team. The recording is delivered only to the internal team; your transcript email does not include audio. Zenith Eclipse uses these records to follow up on enquiries and manage business correspondence. Internal emails and their recording attachments may be retained under our business-record policy; the provider’s 30-day retention does not delete those copies. If you prefer not to be recorded, use the Contact page. Do not share passwords, payment details, banking credentials, identity documents or unnecessary confidential information during a call.
11. Cookies, analytics and external links
The website may use necessary, performance or analytics technologies to operate securely and understand use. External websites and embedded services have their own policies, and Zenith Eclipse is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Where legally required, non-essential tracking should be controlled through consent.
