Zenith Eclipse coordinates air-charter and special-load feasibility when scheduled capacity cannot readily match the cargo or delivery requirement. The review may consider a dedicated charter, part-charter or an acceptable scheduled-aircraft solution, subject to operator and airport confirmation.

Service scope and requirements
Aircraft selection and loading approval belong with qualified operators and handling specialists. A cargo drawing or indicative aircraft offer is not final loading acceptance.

Suitable for exceptional industrial units, urgent project components or unusual shipment volumes where the required aircraft capability or timing needs individual assessment.
Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
The cargo file is submitted for operator review before a flight proposal is treated as executable. Handling feasibility at both airports must match the aircraft plan, including any onward road movement. Permits, slots, operating conditions and cargo approvals are addressed through the responsible parties. The final quotation identifies assumptions about positioning, waiting and schedule changes that could affect the total cost.
Prepare your enquiry
Provide drawings, photographs if available, packed dimensions, certified or verified weights, lifting details, cargo classification and shipment window. State whether dimensions can change and whether disassembly is feasible. Include origin and destination access constraints and the person authorized to approve the charter terms.
