Quality control & handling
Release each lot against one comparable analytical basis.
The signed specification controls hull description, extraction route, physical form, protein, fibre, residual oil, moisture, ash and relevant safety criteria. Sampling, methods, tolerance, retesting and dispute procedures should be agreed before loading.
Clean, dry, ventilated storage and transport protect against water ingress, condensation, heating, infestation and foreign odours. Lot identity should follow the material through receipt and use, while a qualified nutritionist determines species suitability and inclusion rate.
- Hull and process identity confirmed
- Protein, fibre, fat and moisture basis aligned
- Lot and COA references matched
- Independent inspection available when contracted
