Quality control & handling
Verify the processed form, not only the raw grain.
Inspection begins with a representative lot sample and the signed product definition. Depending on form and end use, checks can cover moisture, colour, foreign material, damage, seed-coat residue, joined-kernel recovery, intact split halves, broken pieces, fines, infestation and agreed safety tests.
Whole, football and split products are kept as separately identified lots. Clean, dry, food-compatible handling and protection from moisture, pests, cross-contamination and foreign odours help maintain colour and condition through loading.
- Approved sample used when appearance matters
- Processed-form tolerances written into the contract
- Container cleanliness and dryness checked
- Sealed counter-sample retained when agreed
