Quality control & handling
Control class, condition and exposed-kernel risk separately.
Representative lot sampling and the signed specification determine acceptance. Checks can cover moisture, purity or dockage, foreign material, heat, mould, insect and other damage, sizing, dehulled content, kernel integrity, oil content and destination-specific safety tests.
Oilseed, confectionery, kernel and feed lots remain segregated by identity and use. Whole seed is stored clean and dry; dehulled kernels require stronger hygienic handling and route-appropriate protection from moisture, oxygen, light, heat and foreign odours.
- Product class and use maintained
- Sizing and test methods recorded
- Raw or processed status declared
- Independent analysis or inspection coordinated when requested
