Global Sourcing & Supply

Selected commercial goods, sourced around your requirements. Zenith Eclipse brings supplier quotations, product specifications, order coordination and delivery arrangements into one clearly agreed supply process.

Our supply focus

Start with the goods you need.

We source selected machinery and equipment against customer orders. We work from the intended application and agreed specification to establish what is available, what is included and how the order will be delivered.

Each enquiry is assessed individually. Equipment categories, models, lead times and support arrangements are confirmed through the supplier information and commercial offer for that request. Agricultural and food products remain within our Commodities division.

What we coordinate

From supplier enquiry to delivery handover.

The work is shaped around the goods, the transaction and the responsibilities agreed with the customer.

01

Machinery & equipment sourcing

Bring us your application, technical specification or model reference. We review the requirement, approach potential suppliers and clarify the proposed equipment, accessories and commercial scope.

02

Supplier quotations & comparison

Compare offers on a consistent basis: specification, quantity, included items, packing, payment terms and delivery. Outstanding technical questions and exclusions are identified before an order is agreed.

03

Order progress & documentation

Coordinate agreed supplier milestones, packing information and commercial documents. Changes to specification, quantity or delivery are referred for approval through the process defined for the order.

04

Inspection & logistics coordination

Where required, agree an inspection scope with an appropriate independent provider and connect cargo readiness to collection and transport. The quotation identifies the parties responsible for each activity.

How sourcing works

A clear brief. An agreed commercial scope.

  1. 01

    Define the requirement

Confirm the intended use, specification, quantity, destination and requested timing. Drawings, photographs and model references help us assess the request.

  2. 02

    Review supply options

Obtain relevant supplier information and clarify technical and commercial differences. Availability and any proposed alternative remain subject to confirmation.

  3. 03

    Agree the order

Record the goods, price, contracting company, payment milestones, delivery terms and responsibilities in the accepted quotation or contract.

  4. 04

    Coordinate fulfilment

Follow the agreed order milestones, documents and release requirements, then arrange the handover to the appointed logistics provider.

Commercial responsibilities

Know who supplies, invoices and delivers.

When Zenith Eclipse is the seller, the quotation and sales contract identify the legal supplying company, the goods and its obligations to the buyer. Supplier follow-up forms part of delivering that agreed order.

Where a customer purchases directly from a manufacturer or supplier, a separate coordination engagement defines Zenith Eclipse’s tasks, fees and decision authority. Purchasing approvals remain with the customer unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Warranty, installation, commissioning, training and after-sales support are addressed in the offer where applicable. Inspection arrangements identify the provider and agreed checks. Freight and customs responsibilities follow the delivery terms and logistics scope confirmed for the order.

Prepare your enquiry

Tell us what you need to source.

A detailed requirement helps us approach suitable suppliers and prepare a useful commercial response.

  • Product description, intended application and specification
  • Model reference, drawings, photographs or technical data, if available
  • Quantity and required accessories or supporting equipment
  • Delivery destination and preferred delivery terms
  • Requested delivery date and any inspection or documentation requirements
