Airport-to-Airport Air Freight

Airport-to-airport air freight suits shippers with their own collection and destination delivery arrangements. Zenith Eclipse coordinates the agreed air-carriage scope between named gateways and identifies the terminal, document and release interfaces that remain with the shipper or consignee.

Scope and responsibilities

Service scope and requirements

Airport-to-airport does not automatically include terminal fees or customs services. The offer states the exact tender and destination handover points.

When to use this service

Suitable for importers and exporters who control local trucking and brokers, or who want to compare the air leg independently of inland services.

Execution and deliverables

How the work is coordinated

Cargo information is reviewed before the booking request and reconfirmed when tendered. The selected tariff determines the chargeable-weight calculation; a generic weight divisor should not replace the quoted rule. Uplift, connection and arrival updates follow carrier information. Arrival at the airport is distinct from cargo availability for collection, which can depend on handling, documents and authority release.

Prepare your enquiry

Provide airport codes, ready date, goods description, each package’s dimensions and weight, required arrival window and consignee collection contact. Disclose batteries, dangerous goods, temperature or other restrictions before rating. Request a breakdown of air freight and both airports’ local services.
