Zenith Eclipse manufactures all-purpose wheat flour for buyers needing a balanced flour across several recipes. Agree the end products and reference sample before fixing the milling specification; the same flour may not suit every dough or cake process.

Applications
Common uses
For commercial bakeries, foodservice mixes and general food manufacturing. Select the protein and dough behaviour around the buyer's principal recipes. Buying detail: Send monthly tonnage, current flour specification, recipe application and pack size. Approve a production sample where recipe consistency is critical; define whether repeat orders require a narrow protein tolerance.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Request 25 kg or 50 kg food-grade sacks, palletised loads or compatible bulk flour delivery. Export release requires the agreed analysis, lot identification and destination documents. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea movements at named ports; agree FCA or another appropriate term for container or land handover.
