Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
Each feasible option is compared on the same cargo data and port scope. A rollable unit still requires operator acceptance; a liftable unit still needs compatible cranes, lifting points and supervision. Proposals identify who supplies handling equipment and securing services at each end. Any time-related charges follow the agreed contract rather than a presumed universal allowance.

Provide the cargo list, drawings, weights, lifting or rolling characteristics, preferred ports and shipment window. State whether units can be separated, dismantled or carried exposed. Request each option with loading and discharge responsibilities, schedule assumptions and inland interfaces clearly identified.
