Applications
Common uses
Verified canola-type seed is evaluated by crushers producing edible oil and a feed co-product. Finished oil and meal still require their own processing and acceptance specifications. Buying detail: Check that the laboratory reports the glucosinolates named by the governing definition on its required solids basis. A whole-seed total on a different moisture basis is not directly interchangeable. Require matching sample and shipment identifiers.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Plan segregated, seed-tight bulk handling or lined bags and big bags where available. Agree equipment cleaning, seals, retained samples and lot continuity through storage, loading and any intermediate transfer. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
