State the material, reporting basis, sampling and test method for each result; final acceptance limits belong in the contract. Physical cleaning removes selected unwanted material. It does not establish a validated pathogen-reduction process or make raw seed ready to eat.

Applications
Common uses
For bakery ingredients, cereal blends, seed packing and further milling under a defined food-safety program. The receiving manufacturer confirms how the seed will be handled and processed. Buying detail: State whether the ingredient enters before or after your validated processing step. Request traceable cleaning and treatment records, the agreed laboratory panel and pack-liner details; a purity percentage alone does not answer the food-safety questions.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Review sealed food-contact liners in 25 kg or 50 kg bags, or approved lined big bags. Confirm hygienic loading, lot segregation and package integrity before the shipment configuration is accepted. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
