State the material, reporting basis, sampling and test method for each result; final acceptance limits belong in the contract. Cleaning describes physical preparation. It does not establish canola identity, remove every contaminant or make a lot suitable for direct food use.

Applications
Common uses
Cleaned whole rapeseed is supplied for crushing facilities with defined intake and handling requirements. Buyers can specify residual impurities to suit their own cleaning and processing capacity. Buying detail: Identify whether quoted tonnage is before or after cleaning, and how dockage deductions affect settlement. Keep dockage and damage definitions separate; a low foreign-material result does not establish sound seed or acceptable oil chemistry.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Use seed-tight bulk handling, lined containers or suitable bags and big bags where available. Agree clean equipment, inspection after loading and handling controls to limit recontamination before the receiving point. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
