Controlled Storage and Distribution
Zenith Eclipse coordinates controlled storage and distribution requirements with nominated facilities and delivery providers. The operating brief connects product conditions, receipt checks, stock status and dispatch authorization so commercial availability is distinguished from permission to release the goods.
Scope and responsibilities
Service scope and requirements
Facilities and handling arrangements require acceptance for the actual product. Storage custody, inventory ownership and quality-release authority are assigned explicitly.
| Scope item | Requirement or agreed coverage |
|---|---|
| Product requirements | Approved storage conditions, handling instructions and relevant product classifications. |
| Facility suitability | Available capacity, temperature evidence, required authorizations and operating coverage. |
| Receipt checks | Shipment identity, quantity, condition and required transport-data review. |
| Stock identification | SKU, lot or batch, expiry where applicable and location records. |
| Status segregation | Defined handling of available, held, returned, recalled or otherwise restricted stock. |
| Environmental records | Monitoring, alarms, calibration information and agreed reporting access. |
| Dispatch controls | Authorized release, allocation or rotation rules and suitable onward transport. |
| Disruption response | Power or equipment contingency, notification contacts and product disposition ownership. |
Best-fit requirements
When to use this service
Relevant to import buffer stock, regional replenishment and distribution flows involving eligible temperature-sensitive food or medical products.
Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
We align the receipt and dispatch workflow with the facility's accepted procedures and the client's instructions. Stock exceptions and temperature concerns are recorded against the affected goods and escalated to their owner. The proposal defines reporting frequency and access; a live warehouse-system connection is not assumed.
Prepare your enquiry
Send the product list, storage limits, pallet or carton profile, expected dwell time and monthly inbound and outbound activity. Identify the release authority, batch-tracking requirements, delivery coverage and required facility evidence. Medical-product guidance applies only to relevant cargo and does not imply certification.
