Covered-Wagon Transport
Covered-wagon transport provides an enclosed rail loading space for cargo accepted by the railway and receiving facility. Zenith Eclipse coordinates wagon enquiries around product form, loading access and discharge arrangements. Enclosure offers weather protection but does not establish a controlled temperature, food suitability or freedom from prior-cargo contamination.

Best-fit requirements
When to use this service
Suitable for qualifying bagged commodities, packaged materials and other loads requiring enclosed carriage. Loose bulk should be considered only when the wagon construction, product controls and both terminals explicitly support that loading and discharge method.
Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
Confirm wagon suitability and loading-site capability before empty positioning. Record condition, loaded quantity and the agreed closure or seal evidence. The rail booking identifies the documentation regime and any border transfer. On arrival, the receiver's unloading readiness is checked against permitted standing time. Food-use cargo needs its own cleanliness and contamination criteria; a covered wagon is not automatically a food-grade wagon.

Provide commodity, packaging, unit and total weights, station codes, loading dimensions and shipment frequency. Include cleanliness requirements, loading and unloading equipment, requested dates and the receiver's available discharge window.
