Applications
Common uses
Coarse-cut coriander is used in textured seasonings, dry blends, bakery preparations and pickling products. The particle profile should match dosing equipment and the finished recipe. Buying detail: Record upper and lower sieve apertures rather than relying on a mesh number without its standard. Approve the texture and flavour in an application sample, then agree how fines and oversize material are assessed.

Request lined food-contact sacks, typically 20 kg or 25 kg where available, with a suitable moisture and aroma barrier. Seal each lot and agree pallet protection against compression and water exposure. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
