Buying detail: Provide refinery intake limits for phosphorus, waxes, acidity and sediment. Confirm where sampling occurs and whether the price adjustment mechanism uses dispatch or arrival analysis.

Request compatible bulk tanks, approved tank containers or an accepted flexitank arrangement. Confirm cargo history, tank suitability, loading inspection and export documents. FOB, CFR or CIF may suit a bulk sea parcel at named ports; use an appropriate Incoterm for containerised or inland movement.
