Destination-Compliant Fortified Flour

Zenith Eclipse plans fortified wheat flour manufacturing against the buyer's destination and approved product specification. The flour grade, nutrient forms, dosage and release evidence must be agreed before production; there is no single fortification formula for every market.

Quality parameters

Specifications and buying requirements

Illustrative RFQ targets and purchasing requirements, subject to production or supply confirmation and buyer approval. These are not a stock COA or a universal grade. Specify the reporting basis, sampling and test method; the accepted offer defines the final quality and delivery limits. Illustrative RFQ framework. The example base-flour figures below do not establish fortification compliance. Confirm the applicable destination standard, its current version and the finished-product nutrient limits before accepting an order.

Applications

Common uses

For bakeries, institutional procurement and distribution programmes requiring a defined fortified flour. The base flour still needs to meet the buyer's baking or food-processing requirements. Buying detail: Send the destination, applicable standard, pack artwork and nutrient schedule with the RFQ. A premix certificate supports traceability but does not replace verification of the contracted finished flour.

Export planning

Shipping & logistics

Request approved 25 kg or 50 kg sacks with the agreed nutrient declarations and lot codes. Confirm analysis, shelf life and destination release documents before export. FOB, CFR or CIF can be considered for suitable named-port sea shipments; container or land handover requires a suitable separately agreed Incoterm.
