State the material, reporting basis, sampling and test method for each result; final acceptance limits belong in the contract. Whole seed, ground seed and extracted flaxseed meal are different ingredients. This enquiry covers seed; processed forms require their own handling details.

Applications
Common uses
For feed manufacturing and formulation where flaxseed is an approved ingredient for the intended market and use. The nutritionist determines processing requirements and inclusion levels. Buying detail: State the animal species, production stage and any required pretreatment. Request nutrient results on a common moisture basis and clarify whether the offer is whole seed, ground seed or oil-extracted meal before comparing prices.

Shipping & logistics
Review 25 kg or 50 kg feed-labelled bags, big bags or suitable bulk handling. Ground material needs separately agreed barrier packaging and storage conditions; the approved ingredient identity follows each shipment lot. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
