Common uses
Used in formulated livestock and equine feeds where the nutritionist selects the processing method and inclusion rate. Buying detail: Hull proportion affects fibre and usable nutrient density. Request a nutritional analysis rather than comparing offers on test weight alone, especially when switching between whole and processed oats.

Shipping & logistics
Bulk vessels, suitable lined containers, big bags or 50 kg sacks can be reviewed against receiver capacity. Confirm feed documentation, lot analysis, clean loading conditions and required plant-health records. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Container and inland handover terms are confirmed for the route.
