Zenith Eclipse handles food barley enquiries for pearlers, cereal manufacturers and ingredient mills. Specify covered or hulless grain and the intended finished product; finished pearl barley requires its own processing specification.

Technical specifications
Illustrative RFQ targets, subject to lot availability and buyer approval. These are not a stock COA or a universal grade. Agree sampling, test methods, foreign-matter definitions and final acceptance limits before contracting. Example for cleaned, covered barley intended for further food processing. Protein is reported on dry matter using nitrogen × 6.25; hulless or processed barley needs a separate density and defect specification.

Applications
Common uses
Raw material for pearled barley, soups, cereal ingredients, flour and blended foods. Confirm colour and cooking behaviour on a representative processed sample. Buying detail: Compare usable yield after cleaning, hull removal and pearling. A quoted grain weight is not the same as finished pearl-barley output; agree a trial if yield is commercially critical.

Shipping & logistics
Food-contact 25 kg or 50 kg sacks, big bags and suitable bulk formats can be reviewed by volume. Agree lot marking, clean loading equipment, COA scope and destination food and plant-health documents before shipment. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Container and inland handover terms are confirmed for the route.
