Full truckload freight assigns dedicated vehicle capacity to a shipment, whether or not every available space is used. Zenith Eclipse coordinates FTL movements around the load plan, collection sequence and receiving window. The quotation confirms whether the movement is direct or includes an agreed vehicle change or border transfer.

Best-fit requirements
When to use this service
Suitable for factory dispatches, large replenishment orders and loads requiring dedicated space or fewer handling points. A smaller fragile consignment can also justify FTL when shared handling would create unacceptable damage or scheduling exposure.
Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
Confirm the load plan before vehicle assignment, then reconcile collection counts and visible exceptions with the transport record. Dispatch, border events where relevant, arrival and delivery evidence form the update sequence. Changes to quantity, loading method or site access require a revised equipment check. Timing includes applicable driving restrictions and appointment constraints; dedicated capacity does not itself guarantee a delivery hour.

Send collection and delivery addresses, a packing list, loading photographs where helpful, cargo-ready date and delivery window. Identify non-stackable pieces, special handling, customs scope and the party responsible for loading and unloading.
