Buying detail: Specify the milling date, fineness method, additive declaration and whether microbial reduction is required. Match the retained approval sample to the supplied lot; an aroma check alone cannot establish identity or microbiological acceptability.

Quote sealed lined bags, commonly 20 kg or 25 kg where available, with agreed barrier performance. Specify shelf-life evidence, lot marking and dry transport protected from heat, strong odours and water. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
