Common uses
Small-crystal sugar is purchased for food processing, catering and packing programs where the approved grain size suits dosing and dissolution requirements. End-use colour and food-safety limits remain buyer-specific. Buying detail: Request sieve data as well as the S30 designation, particularly for automated packing or dosing equipment. Confirm any sulphur-related claim with process documentation and the required analytical result before approving labels.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Review lined 50 kg bags or another agreed food-contact pack, with mill and lot identification. Shipment availability, export readiness and destination documents are confirmed with the offer. Use FCA at the named place or suitable FOB, CFR or CIF sea terms with the port stated.
