Percentages are by mass unless stated otherwise; agree sampling, methods and final acceptance limits before contracting. Kabuli identifies a chickpea type; size, count, cooking performance and grade require separate agreement.

Applications
Common uses
Used for hummus, cooked or canned chickpeas, roasting and dry retail packs. Buying detail: Define size independently of the end-use trial. A large diameter does not establish hydration yield or tenderness; compare candidate samples using the same soak water, time and cooking process.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Discuss 25 kg or 50 kg bags, food-compatible big bags or lined container bulk. Confirm lot traceability, agreed calibration and packaging strength before export loading. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
