Verified Low-Erucic Rapeseed Oil

Zenith Eclipse manufactures rapeseed oil against a documented low-erucic specification when this class is requested. Verification requires representative lot analysis and the agreed identity criteria; low erucic content does not describe the extraction or refining method.

Quality parameters

Specifications and buying requirements

Illustrative RFQ targets and purchasing requirements, subject to production or supply confirmation and buyer approval. These are not a stock COA or a universal grade. Specify the reporting basis, sampling and test method; the accepted offer defines the final quality and delivery limits. RFQ example for a refined edible low-erucic grade. Codex identifies low-erucic rapeseed oil at no more than 2% erucic acid in total fatty acids; the destination or contract may require a tighter limit.

Applications

Common uses

For food-processing and bottling programmes requiring a verified low-erucic oil, subject to approval of the full edible-grade specification. Buying detail: State the destination, intended food category and the erucic-acid limit in your purchase brief. Require results on the fatty-acid basis shown here; an unrelated percentage or a generic seed description cannot replace the oil analysis.

Export planning

Shipping & logistics

Food-contact drums, IBCs or approved food-grade bulk tanks can be considered following route and quantity review. Preserve lot identity across storage, loading and documents, with previous-cargo and cleanliness checks agreed. FOB, CFR or CIF may be quoted for suitable sea movements at the named port with the Incoterms edition specified.
