Less-than-Truckload and Groupage Freight
Less-than-truckload and groupage freight combine accepted consignments within shared road capacity. Zenith Eclipse reviews shipment size, packaging and delivery flexibility before proposing a service. The offer identifies planned consolidation points and handling stages so buyers can compare the complete movement, including local collection and final delivery.

When to use this service
Suitable for palletized replenishment, spare parts and smaller commercial orders that can share capacity. Buyers should compare FTL when the load occupies substantial floor space or cannot tolerate the proposed transfer process.
Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
Confirm package labels and booking dimensions before collection. At each agreed consolidation handoff, quantity or condition discrepancies are recorded and raised for instruction. The delivery window accounts for terminal processing and onward distribution, rather than linehaul driving time alone. Any transport document, including CMR where applicable, must match the actual contracting and shipment details.
Prepare your enquiry
Provide a dimensioned packing list, stackability, cargo description, origin and destination postcodes, ready date and latest acceptable arrival. State whether the receiver has a dock, forklift or appointment system and whether split delivery is acceptable.
