Zenith Eclipse handles food-use oat bran enquiries for bakeries, cereal manufacturers and ingredient blenders. Specify the milled fraction, granulation and measured composition; oat hulls and feed milling residues are separate products.

Illustrative RFQ targets, subject to lot availability and buyer approval. These are not a stock COA or a universal grade. Agree sampling, test methods, foreign-matter definitions and final acceptance limits before contracting. Example for a stabilized food-use ingredient. Protein is on dry matter using nitrogen × 6.25. Fibre and beta-glucan results must identify their analytical methods and reporting basis.

Applications
Common uses
Used in cereal blends, bakery formulations and fibre-containing food ingredients. Water absorption and texture should be approved in the intended recipe. Buying detail: Do not substitute crude fibre for total dietary fibre, or infer beta-glucan from a product name. Request measured values and the applicable destination definition before agreeing a label claim.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Review lined 20 kg or 25 kg food-contact bags and suitable big bags. Specify protection from moisture and oxidation, lot identification, storage conditions, batch COA and the export document matrix. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Container and inland handover terms are confirmed for the route.
