OOG Containerized Project Transport
Zenith Eclipse coordinates out-of-gauge project units on suitable flat-rack or open-top equipment. The project scope connects cargo engineering inputs, origin handling, ocean acceptance and destination delivery so a feasible container booking also has a workable loading and receiving plan.
Scope and responsibilities
Service scope and requirements
This planning schedule defines the technical inputs for review. Cargo, equipment and handling methods require acceptance by the responsible competent parties.
| Scope item | Requirement or agreed coverage |
|---|---|
| Cargo configuration | Final packed dimensions, gross weight and controlled drawing revision for every unit. |
| Centre of gravity | Declared location and orientation, with source and verification status identified. |
| Support arrangement | Footprint, load-bearing surfaces, frame details and any prohibited contact areas. |
| Lifting interfaces | Designated lifting points, handling restrictions and appointed lifting-plan owner. |
| Securing design | Cargo restraint points and securing proposal for competent-party review. |
| Equipment acceptance | Selected unit specification and carrier approval of the loaded configuration. |
| Inland interfaces | Trailer arrangement, access review, permits and receiving-site readiness where required. |
| Release evidence | Agreed inspection records, photographs and outstanding approvals before dispatch. |
Best-fit requirements
When to use this service
Suitable for machinery, fabricated modules and industrial equipment that exceed ordinary container dimensions but can be supported and restrained on accepted equipment.
Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
We consolidate the cargo register and approval sequence, then coordinate nominated packing, lifting and transport parties. Appointed engineers and operators retain responsibility for their calculations and methods. Changes to packing, dimensions, support or centre of gravity return to review before the affected movement proceeds.
Prepare your enquiry
Send unit drawings, dimensions, weights, support and lifting details, origin and destination addresses, ready dates and unloading scope. Identify whether budgets use preliminary data or verified shipping measurements; this affects equipment commitment and quotation conditions.
