Percentages are by mass unless stated otherwise; agree sampling, methods and final acceptance limits before contracting. Processing-selected is a purchasing specification, not a botanical class or a guaranteed performance grade.

Applications
Common uses
For factories selecting lots for hummus, canning, roasting or flour production using measured process results. Buying detail: Test a representative offered-lot sample with your own process water and equipment. Record the sample ID and method; specify which results control acceptance and whether pre-shipment confirmation is required.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Discuss 25 kg or 50 kg bags, big bags or lined container bulk. Link the approved trial sample to the shipment lot and agree whether substitution requires a fresh trial before loading. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
