How the work is coordinated
The booking file keeps approved settings with the cargo and equipment references. Loading and securing must suit the transport unit, with required circulation paths respected. The parties identify who responds to an alarm or a power interruption and who can authorize changes. Available equipment readings do not, by themselves, demonstrate every product unit’s condition; product acceptance remains with the designated quality authority.
