Applications
Common uses
For biscuits, cookies and selected pastry formulations. Specialised high-ratio cakes need their own flour and process assessment. Buying detail: Provide the desired biscuit spread or pastry texture and an approved reference sample. State whether the buyer needs untreated flour; soft wheat origin alone does not define particle size, starch damage or baking performance.

Shipping & logistics
Food-grade 25 kg or 50 kg sacks and agreed bulk delivery are quotation options. Protect flour from moisture and odour transfer, with lot-marked packs and destination documentation. FOB, CFR or CIF apply where suitable to a named-port sea contract; specify an appropriate term for container or inland delivery.
