Applications
Common uses
Split coriander is used in spice mixtures, pickling preparations and food-processing recipes that require visible pieces. It can also be milled further under the buyer’s process. Buying detail: Use an approved physical sample to distinguish acceptable halves from shattered pieces. State whether the fines limit applies at packing or arrival, because handling can change the particle distribution and the amount of dust.

Review lined bags of 25 kg or 50 kg, pallet configuration and handling limits before booking. Agree bag strength and loading methods that protect split material from excessive breakage during transit.
