Common uses
Used in green split-pea soups, purées and dry food mixes after suitable cooking. Buying detail: Use a sealed processed sample for raw colour acceptance and a separate trial for cooked colour. Agree whether fragments and powder are removed before the colour assessment so supplier results remain comparable.

Discuss lined 25 kg or 50 kg bags or suitable big bags. Specify moisture protection, lot segregation and storage conditions intended to preserve the agreed colour and split integrity. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Confirm container or inland handover terms separately. Export readiness depends on lot release and the destination's required inspection, phytosanitary and origin documents.
