Zenith Eclipse handles steel-cut oats enquiries for porridge, cereal and ingredient manufacturers. These are dehulled groats cut into pieces; define coarse or fine cut with a measurable particle distribution and an approved sample.

Illustrative RFQ targets, subject to lot availability and buyer approval. These are not a stock COA or a universal grade. Agree sampling, test methods, foreign-matter definitions and final acceptance limits before contracting. Example for a medium-cut food ingredient. Protein is on dry matter using nitrogen × 6.25. Sieve sizes and permitted fractions must match the buyer's cooking process.

Applications
Common uses
Used in porridge, hot cereal blends and textured bakery or prepared-food ingredients. The cut profile influences hydration and cooking consistency. Buying detail: Compare fines and coarse particles as separate fractions. A product described only as steel-cut can give different texture and cooking times when the particle distribution changes.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Request lined 25 kg bags, 50 kg bags or suitable big bags, with closures that retain fines. Agree moisture protection, batch traceability, shelf life, analysis and destination documents before export. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Container and inland handover terms are confirmed for the route.
