An independent commercial relationship
References to Al Khaleej Sugar identify the manufacturer or product requested by a buyer. They do not mean that Zenith Eclipse represents the manufacturer, acts on its behalf or has its endorsement.
Zenith Eclipse handles enquiries as an independent trading business. A proposed purchase through Zenith Eclipse is therefore a B2B buy-and-sell transaction, subject to the parties agreeing the specific offer and its terms.

How a proposed purchase proceeds
The buyer submits the required product, quantity, packaging, destination and timing. Zenith Eclipse then checks whether a suitable commercial offer can be made through its supply network.
Buyers should check the selling company named on the quotation and sales contract, along with the agreed delivery point and freight scope. The brand of sugar requested does not determine who the contracting seller is.
Before an order proceeds, the parties must agree the product, available quantity, price, payment terms and delivery responsibilities in writing. Sending an enquiry does not reserve stock, confirm availability or create an accepted order. Product and shipment documents must relate to the agreed transaction.

Product references and purchasing requirements
Manufacturer information, including the official Fine Sugar product page, can help buyers specify what they require. Such references are separate from Zenith Eclipse’s commercial offer and do not establish a supply relationship with the manufacturer.
Businesses can review the Al Khaleej Sugar purchasing information and submit their requirements in English or Arabic for review.
