Treasury and FX Process Support
Zenith Eclipse helps trade teams maintain a consistent record of currency commitments, expected receipts and payment approvals. The engagement improves the process around treasury decisions, including the handoff between commercial teams, finance staff and independently appointed financial providers.
Scope and responsibilities
Service scope and requirements
The client and its authorized advisers make treasury decisions. Zenith Eclipse does not execute FX trades, recommend hedges or financial products, move client funds or forecast exchange-rate outcomes.

Best-fit requirements
When to use this service
Suitable for importers and exporters with several invoice currencies, repeated payment amendments or uncertain ownership of exposure data. Reporting should retain each legal entity’s obligations instead of assuming balances can be offset across entities.
Execution and deliverables
How the work is coordinated
We trace selected payments from the source transaction through approval and reconciliation. Process gaps are assigned to client owners; any system configuration is separately scoped. Reports identify missing or stale inputs so management can judge their reliability before making decisions.
Prepare your enquiry
Share the entities, settlement currencies, transaction volumes, payment workflow, provider interfaces and current exposure report. Confirm access permissions, approval policy and the specific process issue; bank credentials and execution authority are not required for the diagnostic.
