Warehouse and Inventory Coordination

Zenith Eclipse coordinates the information exchanged between clients, warehouses and transport providers. The service connects expected receipts, reported stock status and dispatch requirements while the assigned warehouse and client retain their physical-custody and inventory-control responsibilities.

Scope and responsibilities

Service scope and requirements

A status report does not transfer inventory ownership or authorize a stock adjustment. Release, reconciliation and adjustment rights are agreed with the responsible client team.

Execution and deliverables

How the work is coordinated

We agree reference mappings and reporting cut-offs with the warehouse and client. Quantity differences are recorded for investigation before an authorized adjustment. Dispatch coordination uses the client's release rules; physical counts, valuation, demand planning and direct warehouse-system changes are included only when expressly assigned.

Prepare your enquiry

Provide SKU and facility counts, reporting examples, monthly receipts and dispatch volumes, required stock statuses and current reconciliation issues. State system access limits and the owner of release decisions. The proposal defines outputs and whether any technical interface assessment is needed.
