Applications
Common uses
Whole grain can enter cleaning and dehulling lines; suitably processed kernels can enter food packing, milling and cereal production. Buying detail: Compare cost per usable kernel after hull removal, cleaning and breakage losses. Approve residual hulls, colour and cooking behaviour on the delivered form; a cleaner whole-grain sample does not demonstrate dehulling yield.
Export planning
Shipping & logistics
Whole grain may suit bulk, lined containers or 50 kg sacks. Dehulled food kernels can require lined 25 kg or 50 kg bags with defined moisture protection. Confirm lot records, shelf life and the export document set for each form. FOB, CFR or CIF can be quoted for suitable sea shipments at a named port under Incoterms® 2020. Container and inland handover terms are confirmed for the route.
