Our whole-wheat flour is milled for buyers requiring bran, germ and endosperm in the agreed whole-grain composition. Zenith Eclipse sets grind size and baking requirements with the buyer; colour alone is not evidence of whole-wheat identity.

Applications
Common uses
For whole-wheat bread, flatbread, crackers and whole-grain bakery blends. Bran size and water absorption should match the finished-product process. Buying detail: Request a grind sample and confirm the destination's whole-wheat labelling requirements. Agree remaining shelf life at delivery and an oxidation assessment where extended transit or warm storage is expected.

Shipping & logistics
Discuss protective 25 kg or 50 kg sacks, palletisation and shipment size matched to stock rotation. Confirm milling date, batch analysis and export documentation before loading. Suitable sea contracts may use FOB, CFR or CIF at named ports; choose the appropriate Incoterm separately for container and land delivery.
