These pages explain website information and business standards. They do not replace an accepted quotation, signed contract or applicable transport document. Transaction terms and mandatory law govern the relevant rights and obligations; nothing here removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Independent decisions
Prices, quotations, sourcing and customer decisions should be made independently and lawfully. Agreements with competitors to fix prices, divide customers or territories, suppress supply or manipulate bids are unacceptable. Informal conversations and messages can raise the same concerns as a written arrangement.
Protect sensitive information
Do not request or circulate a competitor's nonpublic future prices, margins, bidding plans or customer allocation. Share information only where there is a legitimate transaction need and lawful basis. Confidential documents received by mistake should not be used to obtain an improper advantage.
Accurate market communication
Describe products, origin, certification, capacity and service capabilities honestly. Do not fabricate testimonials, authorization, exclusive rights or competitor comparisons. Any reference to a producer or third-party brand must reflect the actual relationship and respect the owner's rights. Material uncertainty should be explained before agreement.
When a concern arises
If a discussion moves toward improper coordination or questionable information sharing, stop and seek guidance through the compliance contact. Preserve relevant records lawfully. Distribution, agency and cooperation arrangements may require assessment of the particular market and agreement; this page does not approve a specific arrangement.
