These pages explain website information and business standards. They do not replace an accepted quotation, signed contract or applicable transport document. Transaction terms and mandatory law govern the relevant rights and obligations; nothing here removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Lawful, honest business
We expect suppliers, agents and service partners to follow laws relevant to their role and provide truthful company, ownership, product and shipment information. Bribery, fabricated certificates, misleading invoices, concealed conflicts of interest and attempts to bypass lawful trade restrictions are unacceptable.
Goods and supporting evidence
Supply the agreed product and disclose any proposed substitution before proceeding. Maintain accurate origin, grade, quantity, packing and traceability records. Claims about certification or sustainability must have relevant evidence. Promptly raise concerns about contamination, counterfeiting, defects, mislabelling or an affected batch.
People and the environment
We expect safe and lawful working conditions, respect for workers, lawful pay and hours, and no forced labour, trafficking or unlawful child labour. Partners should follow environmental permits and requirements, handle waste and chemicals responsibly, and communicate relevant expectations to their subcontractors.
Questions and concerns
Depending on the transaction, supporting records, clarification or corrective action may be requested. Cooperation should be proportionate to the issue and respect legitimate confidentiality. Report suspected misconduct through the compliance contact. Any decision affecting an existing order remains subject to its contract and applicable law.
